For every positive even integer n, function h(n) is defined to be product of all the even integers from 2 to n, inclusive. If p is the smallest prime factor of h(100)+1, then which is true about p?

a) 2<p<10
b) 10<p<20
C) 20<p<30
D) 30<p<40
E) p>40
