Suggestion for 1 Yr FT Programs?

Question

Can someone suggest me options for one year and which one fits me better? Brief profile

GMAT=740. Q49, V41, Engineering deg from IIT Roorkee, India
Profile: 12 yrs exp, 6 in management, 3 in middle management. All in Information Tech. 
Reason: Career switch, from general mgt to marketing, product strategy, to stay in information tech industry
Other details: 33 at matriculation, married, India,

I thought of Columbia Accelerated program, INSEAD. I am keeping Emory as safe bet. I am keen on US but unfortunately there are not many 1 yr program, at least in top 10.

There actually are alot of 1 year programs. Kellogg has one. I didn't look through them all but I'm pretty sure there are quite a few.

Kellogg seems to be open with undergraduates who have completed certain set of management courses; I am rules out because of engineering degree.

I'd say that generally speaking, 1Y programs are not meant for career switchers (including Columbia's J-Term). They are more geared towards execs, entrepreneurs, or those returning to the same career path.

Europe has many more the best of which would is Insead
