Hi, I am just gonna start my verbal prep, let me know where to start...and just would like to know if first read through the concepts for a week, the practice or read and practice on the go will be good...and for practising which one is, would like to complete reading the concepts in a week...any inputs would be really helpful..

By on the go you probably mean something mobile based. In fact the Official GMAT does have a mobile application, I think. I'm not sure if Manhattan Prep has something similar but it might be worth checking out also.
