Hello Everyone,
I my name is Allan, I am from India. I graduated from one of the top 10 colleges in India ( National Institute of Technology, Trichy) with a CGPA of 7.5/10. In my college I have very good leadership experience. I was in the student council and I oversaw the activities of the Technical clubs in my college. I have also some leadership experience being in the Toastmasters club in college. I also have co-authored a paper that was published in IEEE explore.
I have 2 years of work experience. I am an Instrumentation and Control Engineer working in the power Industry in India as a design engineer. I have some experience teaching colleagues through internal training programs in my company. I also have broad experience developing data analytics and IoT solutions for the power industry. I also have experience developing marketing materials and speaking to clients, selling our companies products.
I have written GMAT. In my third attempt I scored 660(Q47 and V34).
I need some suggestions on the Canadian and European B schools that I can apply to for either an MIM or an MBA programs considering my background and gmat score.

The academic arc looks good given the NIT pedigree. The GPA is about modest though - any increasing/decreasing trend there, through the years? The GMAT will be an obvious sore point since one can usually add 20-30 points to a given school's average to get a sense of the Indian GMAT average. If not explored yet, you may want to work with a professional test-prep firm. At the current score, you'll have to start with colleges accepting low GMAT score.
Your professional profile is hard to assess. A basic job name doesn't say much. Is your employer a feeder one? Local/MNC? Your performance/trajectory vis-a-vis peer group and a lot of things matter.
The ECs arc in college sounds decent. After that, what you've described is more work related initiatives and won't cut it, making for a potential blind spot on ECs front.
Top MBA programs expect 4-5 years of solid professional experience while MiMs are usually ideal for those with 0-2 years of experience. See here on MiM vs MBA.
The ideal strategy for you might be to wait 1-2 years, further build the profile, and then apply.
