What are you looking for in the GMAT forum?
Generally, solutions to specific questions and generic advice on study strategies and the like. Sometimes more specific information about business schools, assessment of other profiles and advice from consultants.

What deliverables are you happy with?
Definitely the way the forum is managed. The math section is excellent. The verbal forum is well managed too, but having a verbal expert akin to Bunuel would be a great blessing. For a larger base of people considering at least 40-50% of the site's traffic are potential non-native speakers.

What deliverables would you like to see?
There could be better organization with respect to some of the threads - compilations, so to speak. And as it was mentioned, having a linking algorithm for similar threads would be a great idea, but perhaps harder to implement.

What are we doing well?
Definitely the GMAT Club Tests. There could be better explanations to that, and perhaps a more structured chat server, but apart from that, the site is terrific!

What can we do better?
Have more experts on board with certain specific forums (verbal), perhaps have a way to automatically screen out similar threads and just have a better organized compilation of similar threads.

:) [Would be glad to help out if possible!]

We definitely need one Verbal expert.

Also I would like to see 'Best answer' tag for the verbal questions. Sometimes it really becomes difficult to look for the best explanation.

:P Lets ask Bunnel he might be good at verbal too.....

My response:

What do you look for when searching?
Closest matches to the searched items. Also since there are so many posts, it would be great if the answers could be somehow rated and the best answers bubbling up the search results.

What deliverables are you happy with?
Definitely the way the Math forum is managed.

What deliverables would you like to see?
Maybe a template kind of structure for the questions which would make the questions easily search-able. There are a lot of duplicate posts and the moderators have to step in to merge the post. It would be great if the questions could be feed via a template which would scan and determine if the question is already posted earlier.

What are we doing well?
Members helping out each other. Study notes being shared across the board. Reaching out for comments and suggestions from members. Getting the best discounts from the GMAT prep companies.

What can we do better?
Definitely in delivering the content differently. Somehow I feel that the idea of posting question via regular post is a little seasoned. There should be a way to auto generate users-tests based on different factors like
a) the number of incorrect responses posted for a question.
b) time consumed to answer the question
c) question level -- 600, 600-700, 700+ level.

The test should have the same look and feel as that of the GMAT Prep and maybe other cool features.
