Hi,
I switched jobs in November 2020 and here I am in January with an interview call from a top B-school in India.
Could you give me any pointers on how to tackle the question such as "why don't you spend some more time in your current role" or "why did you switch jobs and apply for an MBA. You seem to be unclear in what you're doing"?

There are plenty of ways to answer this question delicately and professionally. I just need more information.
How long did you spend in your previous role before switching to this one in November 2020? Did you disclose this in your MBA application for which you have this call or is this something that came up after you submitted your application?
The questions you have laid out are not necessarily the ones that will come up. They won't necessarily ask such negatively-inclined questions; however, you are right in that you will be asked about your current role and your career trajectory to that role.
When is this interview set to take place? Write back when you have a chance and we can chat.

I switched to the new role after 4 years and 2 months of experience in an analytics and data science company. The new role is in a bigger MNC, which is also a data science role. I switched to the new role and then submitted my application. So, I showcased both my roles in my application.
The interview is supposed to take place early next week.
