Did you take official tests? You can buy (or get in the local library) the official guides
volume 1 and
volume 2 in order to get 8 official tests. You will feel much more confident during the exam if you take these tests before the exam. Try doing speaking and writing parts as well. For the speaking section, record your answer, listen to it and compare to the sample versions provided by Notefull (the link to the instructional videos is in the
above post)
If you get the score you want in practice tests, you should be fine on the test day.
Also, read through TOEFL debriefs - they contain very useful tips for the test day.
