Hello,
Couple of questions. Do MBA students at the top programs take interviews for different types of jobs (i.e how broad is the search in recruiting)? Also, is it hard to target a certain industry in a certain city? I really want to go back to Boston after I get my MBA since my family is there. Just curious. Any input is appreciated.

For this reason, its beneficial to do an MBA from the same region where you wish to be employed. I don't know which b-schools you are targeting, but there are several options on the East coast (even more pin pointed - New England, Boston, New York), from where you can easily find a job in Boston.
You'd want to find out if the b-schools you are considering have a good presence within your target industry and companies.
