I agree with C. The answer should be either A or C, since after each "has" should be used. C use correct modifiers, therefore it is the correct answer.
Between A and C, I chose C. In A, taste bud called the taste pore - creates an altered intent situation. 'opening' is called 'taste pore' Not 'taste bud'.
D. Taste buds are onion-shaped structures with between 50 and 100 taste cells, each of which having fingerlike projections that poke through an opening, which is called the taste pore, located at the top of the taste bud For better reading, I reconstructed the original sentence with the Choice D and it looks awkward with the word "having". Do you agree?
