Okay thats a good start, but I still need a LOT more info from you. I would suggest looking at other profile requests on the site and going full out:
What school did you graduate from?
How old are you?
What nationality?
What GMAT?
What leadership do you have?
What achievements?
What volunteer work?
What are your goals?

ALL of these things are vital to help understanding your profile.

does an mba improves your career? Im in the medical field, but I am ready to do something else, my degree is a bachelor in management. However, I kept working as nurse.

Thats the whole point!
To move to management.
To move to a better job.
To change industries.

Any or all of the above can be attained through an MBA.
