I am a bit confused about what qualities/experiences should I try to bring out in the team experience question in the interviews ..?
May be helping a team-member struggling to keep-up, switching from task-to-task, taking up tasks that no-one else in the team wanted to take ..?
Any thoughts ...?

I like this one because it really exemplifies teamwork as applicable to business school. Although we are all going to go to great schools, there will be team members who drop the ball here or there, and this example of teamwork shows how you react to that situation. In my case, I found a task for the struggling to teammate to work on that better suited their skill set, and the whole team was able to succeed at the project without anyone getting singled out as an underperformer.

I agree with djhouse. Bring up experiences where you either helped a team member or showed that as a team, you all produced a better product than any one of you could do. That's the essence of teamwork, in my humble opinion.
