I was supposed to take my first Gamt test last Sunday but I couldn’t even launch the test because the proctor couldn’t hear me.
I did all the prior system test but it had no problem and still it works well.
Gmac says they even couldn’t give me voucher for this because it was my problem.
I do not think it’s my responsibility for this because I did everything they asked to take the test.
Is there anyone who had a similar experience?

This is new and weird…
They have usually been fairly open and forgiving with technical difficulties for the online test. Usually if you cannot launch the test, for almost any reason, they would let you retest for free…
I would definitely push back send indicate that you had a working system in the working microphone that had passed all the tests or does their test not perform a microphone test? In which case it’s still kind of their fault…
Otherwise, how do you know that you will not have this issue again next time?
