Hello, I took the GMAT Online Enhanced test today and experienced multiple technical issues.
1. Every question had a c.20s lag to appear on screen
2. Screen got frozen, I told the proctor and before he could do anything, the respectit sections had ended. This happened twice, I couldn't finish Quant section (1 Question) and IR (2 Questions)
3. I had to restart my laptop in the middle of the exam to make it work but the screen will just remain frozen
4. In the AWA section, my writing disappeared by itself in the middle and had to re-type everything, i.e, 10 minutes of rework.
My proctor was really nice and although he really tried to help, he could hardly do anything about the situation. I lost c. 20 mins of valuable exam time due to the technical issues.
Has anyone else experienced similar situation ? What did you do ?

I experienced a similar issue last month. Simply wrote to GMAC customer care, explained the issue in as detail as possible and they agreed for a re-test. I believe the customer care ID is [email protected]
Important thing is you should voice during the test that you are facing technical issue and it should clearly be seen on screen (as these guys record the screen and play it back when one submits a case of technical error)

Hey many thanks thelonghalloween. Did they cancel your previous GMAT Online score after you had raised the technical issues and rested? Or the retest new score is added to your list of GMAT Online score ?
