Reached the test centre this morning to find that the camera systems are not working. As a result, I could not take the GMAT.
The centre manager raised an issue and gave me the case ID, and assured me that I would get a re-take for free. But he asked me to wait 48 hours before I take it up with the customer complaints. Even the live chat support says they will take 3-5 business days to verify the incident. So, I want to ask the members of the community who had a similar experience that how long did you have to wait to take the test?
Mind you that:
- the test did not begin
- they did not take my pre-test proof of attendance (palm scan, photograph, etc)
- appoints are available in an alternate centre for all days this week
