Hi m096270,
I'm sorry to hear about the tech issues that you faced on Test Day. While rare, they do happen though - thankfully, there is a standard process for filing complaints (and it sounds like you've properly begun the process). Generally speaking, it can take up to a month for Pearson to properly investigate your complaint and determine what type of recourse (if any) is appropriate. When the Pearson people decide that the situation was unfair to the Test Taker, the most common resolution is a free (or deeply discounted) retest. However, you'll still have to wait to receive their judgment (which might end up taking longer than 16 days). My guess is that this situation would not impact your ability to reschedule another appointment though - if you wanted to check, then you can log into your account at
www.mba.com and see if the program allows you to schedule another Test.
