Hello.
Tepper Application says.. that the "Suggested Length-->2 double-spaced pages per essay"
But what does that mean??
1) What is the font size and font type??
2) What should be the right,left,bottom,top margins??
3) What should be the line spacing??( does double spaced means 2 line spacing)

I think you're over-analyzing.
12 point font is generally the accepted font size for most uses.
Use a reasonably standard font type, TNR or similar. Don't use comic sans.
Use standard margins unless you're like two lines into the third page and you desperately need those two lines.

Font: Times New Roman / Arial
Font size: 12
2) What should be the right,left,bottom,top margins??
Just follow the standard margins. Don't cut corners to make space, instead keep your response precise. Adcom is smart enough to see the difference
3) What should be the line spacing??( does double spaced means 2 line spacing)
Yes, double spaced means line spacing.
