I had my Gmat Online exam scheduled on 6th May 2020 at 6.45 pm (CEST).
I ran the system test three times before beginning the exam, I completed every passage and ended up waiting for my information to be checked. I waited for 1,15 hours still and than PearsonVue told me that something went wrong and I couldn't begin the exam.
it was written that I can reschedule my exam for free, but if I go into the website it says that I cannot reschedule my exam.
I needed my score before the 15th and this is now impossible.
Did this happened to anyone? Do you know how can I reschedule?

I hope if there are any technical issues the MBA site will provide you correct assistancy and give you the chance to reschedule it as soon at is possible.
