ttucker34. Your story sounds strikingly similar to one that one of my clients experienced: delayed start, a broken link in communication, technical difficulties. (I wrote about his experience in
this post in response to someone else who had had trouble with the Online Exam.) The big difference is that you soldiered on and finished the test. Yes, you should get in touch with GMAC™. It will be clear from the recording that you had attempted to communicate, without success, with your proctor. I suspect your exam score will be finalized. In the unlikely event that the "Technical Error" wins out, you will be issued a voucher to retake the exam... not a perfect solution, but perhaps you could perform even better if you did not have a lot of nonsense to deal with throughout the exam. (An actual break might help.)
