i did a bit of tai-chi in the break before the verbal.... did miracles to my score (best verbal score compared to my prep exams...)

do things that help you stay calm and focused (any meditation will do...)

beside that... i had a 8:30am appointment....
i took good breakfast at 7:00am (bread, youghurt, vegetables), and boosted my energy with chocolate just before the test and on each break.
drank lots of water.

good luck.

Have a light lunch around 1pm. Something you know will not upset your stomach. As for what to do during the breaks, just bring something that will keep you hydrated and stave off the hunger pangs, nothing big or jitter inducing.

Some good suggestions on here. Also something else to keep in mind is to not overthink everything. I brought in a bunch of junk like granola bars and Red Bull, if I didn't have that stuff, like if the test proctor confiscated all of that stuff right before my test I don't think it would have really affected my score.

So pick a couple things to bring or whatever, but don't obsess over it or you'll psyche yourself out. Some people seem to get rattled when everything isn't "perfect." Like if a car alarm goes off in the parking lot and you can faintly hear it coming through the window you just have to roll with it. I happened to be seated next to the door the room I was in and there were constantly people coming in and out but I just had to ignore them and not act like I was doing brain surgery, but just like I was taking a test back in high school or something.

This is so true. Obsessing over it will just get you out of focus. Remember, your goal is to score as highly as you can, and no matter the distractions, you have to plow through.

So just have a few things prepared for test day, expect a few things to not go your way, and take charge of the test!

Plan on a normal routine and diet for the test day and then go through the motions 3-4 days before the test each day leading up to the test.

I took time off from work and went through a routine for 4-5 days leading up to the test. Same time for the pracitce test, same time for breaks, and same diet.
