Wake up: 830am

Breakfast: 9am - two eggs and wheat toast

Snack: 11am - banana and some almonds

Break 1: almonds and protein bar

Break 2: more almonds? (Not concerned about IR/writing)

What do people think? All suggestions and comments will be much appreciated!

You know your body best. Go with whatever works for you. Just remember to try this during a couple of practice tests before your GMAT.

Just in case it helps: I like chocolate

You have already mentioned a good menu for your test day. But most important thing is better sleep before the test day. Food can be compensated but sleep can't.

Have some light food in the breakfast, as you can always have some snacks in the test centre during breaks. Feel fresh before test and do meditate for at least 15 minutes. That helps a lot.
