Also studiyng tips are also welcome but I m working on my quant score a lot so

Leveraging your error-log to see which types of Quant questions you find slippery or spend a lot of time on could be helpful. You could also check out the gmatclub threads that go over those questions to see the explanations/solutions others have posted. Having a look through posted debriefs by people who've scored well or improved their scores could also be useful to see what they did/used during their prep journeys.

In preparation and the right enviroment I usually am able to score something arround 600. (V84, DI68, Pause Q81) My problem is that when I try to do a test in my test enviroment and take a few days off to prepare(I usually work but stay longer to study, which is where I scored a 615 and 605(I do the test in the morning and work afterwards)) I really underscore with something like a 545 or 535. During the prep and mock tests, I´m always left feeling hazy in the head, can´t perform and work as normal.(Homeoffice is usually not a problem)
I really don´t get it, this week I´ll work till thursday and on friday I´ll immediately write a mock test at home to see if that would solve my problem, but for now I don´t know how I can get this problem out of my way cause training till I could do a 705 just to score a 635 is just not satisfying. (It feels like a mental block that dampens everything, I can´t be productive like that at all) My best guess is to take some time off and return in a week or so......

My second Problem is the order in which I do the segments, currently I have been trying to do 1.V, 2.DI, Pause 3.Q. At the beginning DI was my strong area and I always scored something like an 84 but since I moved it in the middle (Previous order 1.Q, 2.V, Pause 3.DI) I´m scoring way worse could also be due to the fact that I´m scoring high in Verbal and then getting harder questions. Instead of having it after my weak area Quant in which I previously scored something arround 73-75 and then DI80-85. Yeah basically not having two breaks is terrible for me and I always feel really bad in the second section. Maybe I should do 1.DI, Pause, 2.V, 3.Q

Also studiyng tips are also welcome but I m working on my quant score a lot so I´m hoping that the improvement is not just due to the bad section before. My goal is to score in all three sections at least a mean of 80 wich basically translates to a rating of 605. I believe I can get a higher score than that, but with my current mental block and down in the mid section, I can study all I want and Propably need as I mentioned earlier a 705 practice rating to score 635 irl.

Well any ideas or tipps would be appreciated!
My case is very similar too, best of luck.
