I tend to be foggy in the morning, which is why I booked the afternoon test slot so I'll have to figure out how to be zen with the anticipation in the morning... But this is all really great advice. Thanks, guys.

Excellent strategy, considering that you are not morning player. I am not either, so I had scheduled my exam for 2pm last year and it worked very well for me.

Since I took few days off from work, I was able to study late night which is my favorite time. I used to getting sleep very late and I change nothing the night before test. Intentionally, I got to bed very late - 2 or 3 am, but didn't study anything that night - wathcing TV instead. In the morning I woke up late - 11-11:30 or something and haven't done any warm up or preparation. I had a breakfast and read newspaper, trying to relax and not think about exam.

Try not to do anything "unusual" on the test day. Beleive me, test is unusual experience enough. :)

personally, i took a full length practice test the day before my actual exam. the day of the exam i didn't look over anything gmat related at all. instead i woke up early, went to the gym, showered, ate and went to the exam. i'd advise against doing anything gmat related the day of, as it could unnecessarily stress you out.

Hi ARG,

Here is a blog I recently came across which specifically touches upon test day prep:

"Tips for your GMAT test day"
https://gmat.economist.com/blog/test-ta ... test-day-0

I hope that helps provide a bit of ease. There is a video linked in that blog you should definitely check out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

Good luck with your studies!

Does anyone have an idea regarding the impact of head bath or shower on the test day? Especially for Women! Since it is considered to instigate headache or migrane on the same day?

Hi Nevernevergiveup,

Can you go into more detail about what you're discussing? What evidence do you have that taking a shower will lead to headaches/migraines?
