I would suggest, that you postpone. Not because you don't have a shot at a high score, but because you will be low on your confidence levels because of this score.
Take a few weeks, nail some hard practice tests and then give the real exam. For the last few days of my test, I used to punch boxing bags for hours. Basically what I am coming down to is the importance of a high level of confidence before the exam.

I think it all depends on where you are in your prep-
If you've been studying for a few months, and that score is indicative of a bad day, then postponing isn't going to help you any, and will cost you $250. If you feel that you are not prepared enough, then maybe you should postpone...
Overall, I would say if you've done solid prep to just go for it.
