How frequently should we taking tests? Please let me know. I am yet to take tests either be paper based/system based.

I have taken only 1 test from Kaplan (non CD book) and got 560. That scared me.

Verbal is my weakest area.

hello gmat2me2,

i don't think you should be scared. First you haven't prepared much and you're probably rusty in many areas.

Also Kaplan is not necessarily the best test you need for inspiration because the results there will be substantially lower than your real GMAT ability.

So chear up and don't forget that the key to success is practice, practice and practice.

Depend on how much time you have. I'd definitely do the two PP tests, one before I start to study OG, one couple days before I take the real test. If I have more time, I'd do a few other tests of different difficulties. However you need to spread them out so that you could use them as an assessment of your progress.
