Hi all,
I've searched through some of the experience threads regarding the breaks and this is what I've gathered:
-all personal belongings are in a locker
-wait for proctor when you complete section
-have to wait to be signed in after break.
My questions:
In your experience....
1.) How far are the lockers/bathrooms from the testing room?
2.)how long did you have to wait for your proctor to sign you out/in?
I am wondering because I typically need a good 5 minutes to eat my snacks during breaks.
Seems like it might be cutting it close if the above takes a few minutes.

1.) How far are the lockers/bathrooms from the testing room?
I guess it depends on the testing center. In the test center I attended, locker is about 20 ft away from my seat while the bathrooms are about 200+ft away from there.
2.)how long did you have to wait for your proctor to sign you out/in?
To get attention of the attendant and go out, it takes about 30 sec to 1 min. Sometimes the attendant remains busy attending others. One tip I read somewhere is, do not click anything on "Do you want to take a break" screen and let the attendant click that option. It appears, time count starts ticking only after you choose that option ( I did not validate this) .
It does not take long to sign you in, it is usually 20-30 sec. Only when you require the assistant to replace scratch booklet or pen, it takes some more time.

I am guessing this will vary from location to location.
But, typically it will be on the same floor.
I think mos test centers are just a suite in an office building, so expect typical office building settings.
2.)how long did you have to wait for your proctor to sign you out/in?
They'll need to look at your ID and fingerprint you every time you sign in and out.
The whole process takes about... 1 min I guess.
Signing in/out is not a big issue, from my experience.
As far as the snack is concerned... I brought some but ended up not having them because I was too pumped up to think of food.
You won't feel the hunger with the adrenaline rush.
I am guessing this will vary from location to location.
