NikhilH9 - The best idea is to contact Pearson VUE, but I am not sure whether the customer service team will have an exact date. Unfortunately, there's no way to know for sure when most Test Facilities will reopen. The current plan for the At-home GMAT was to have that option until June 15th, so GMAC may have assumed (back in April), that Test Facilities would be reopened by then. Of course, that's completely dependent on how much the Covid-19 virus continues to impact how on-site facilities operate. It's certainly possible that many facilities will remain closed longer than that - but even if they were to reopen in the near future, there's the question of how much of a risk it might be to spend 3.5 hours in a room full of other Test-takers (breathing the same air, touching keyboards, door handles, etc.).
Based on your question, have you been studying for some time (and do you feel ready to take the Official GMAT?)? How have you been scoring on your practice CATs/mocks and
what is your overall goal score?
