I'll be taking the GMAT early February, and I was wondering if you guys could critique my study plan. I'm looking get the best ROI possible since I'm already swamped in debt. My goal is a UF MBA, but I've read they require 2 years post-graduate work experience...although a friend of mine last year was accepted with just 6 months. So, I'm not too sure on this one. Either way, I'm hoping 700+, then to make my decision from there.
Profile: 3.0 UGRAD GPA, 3.2 MAJOR GPA (Finance), 6-months finance/accounting/project management internship, 6 years Managing Retail throughout High School and College.
I scored a 610 on my GMATPrep this weekend (44 Math 34 Reading), so that's my baseline. I've never taken a pre-test prior.
My plan so far is this, take all the GMATPreps (new and old editions), do the OG, then back to GMATPreps. The plan would look something like this.
- One full test per week (Sunday)
- Spend two days later that week (2, approx. 90 min sessions), going over wrong answers.
- Repeat.
I have a few helpful GMAT .doc files for the Reading sections to supplement, too.
Let me know what you guys think, I appreciate the help!
