Hi all,
I completed my GMAT Exam yesterday at a test center. Unfortunately, during the Quant Section, there were several technical issues. My computer got disconnected, and a pop-up error message appeared. The proctor had to restart the app, and these issues happened several times. After the restart, I keep continued the exam. In the end, I accepted the score because the Verbal & IR sections were very satisfactory. I asked the proctor, and she explained that the problem came from the server or the app because she could prove the internet connection was stable throughout the test. She reported the case, gave a case ID, and encouraged me to raise this issue with customer care. I did and just emailed them recently and stated that I still want to accept the score.
I still want to use this unofficial report for a school application, as the submission deadline is just in a few days. It wouldn't be feasible for me to retake the test soon. Do you have similar experiences or know whether my score would remain valid? Thanks.
