Pretz
Dear All,
I was to take exam on 17 Sep and I receive an email from Pearson vue couple hours ago that the testing center is no longer available and that I have to cancel or reschedule.
I immediately called GMAC and I received the same response that the testing center is terminated. I were to take the exam in Brussels, now if I have to reschedule it is to a NEW LOCATION such as France or Netherlands.
This is stressful for me to travel to another country to take exam top of it - there is travel cost + accommodation cost + stress!
What are my testing rights?
Hi
Pretz,
These testing issues occur occasionally and are impossible to completely eliminate. It's unfortunate for test takers like you who are impacted by them, but there is very little you can do beyond what Pearson have recommended.
By agreeing to the GMAC's terms and conditions, every test taker agrees to limit the possible remedies available to him or her in case there is a dispute. The full list of available remedies is:
(a) A free reschedule (within the next 6 months) and
(b) A full refund
You won't really be able to change this without resorting to legal measures and proving that these options were insufficient.
