First of all I want to thank each one of you for helping me realise my dream.
Im a mediocre non-native guy yet improved my verbal to v27 to v36; i never thought i could cross 32.
Here are my reviews for a few preps i tried.
1.
Manhattan prep is one good prep that you should use only to build your SC foundation. Once you know that know are scoring 60% in SC abandon it. I did not find their tests representative of the real test.
2.
e-gmat's course is one amazing thing, their course driver is CR. They will ask you to PRE THINK an answer before you look at the choice, and even though it doesn't sound like, it is a big deal. SC is also good. But you need to abandon the course when you reach upto an accuracy of 90% in SC and 60-70% in CR. The lady who speaks is good, but the guy who speaks is damn irritating.
3.
Veritas Prep's videos and prep material is simply outstanding, it did those as finishing touches to my preparation. The strategies Brian Galvin gives you are simply amazing. i owe my score to him.
4.
GMAT club tests gave me the stamina of to take the real test.
5.
Aristotle's 99 RC improved my accuracy in RC from 50% to upto 95%. i concentrated on the organisation and main point only.
6.
800score/EconomistPrep tests were a waste of time.
7. Without this forum i couldn't have done it.
8. I don't know why Kaplan is in the business.
