Hi, This question is from the gmatclub Grammar book,

Alison is still sleeping which means she must had had a good time at the Guns and Roses concert last night. a) which means she must had had a good time b) that means she must have had a good time c) that means she must had had a good time d) which means she must have had a good time e) which means she must have a good time generisbb Can anyone please help me understand why the correct answer is d and not b? That vs Which? thanks
