Hi,
This question is from the gmatclub Grammar book,
2. Alison is still sleeping which means she must had had a good time at the Guns and Roses concert last night.
a) which means she must had had a good time
b) that means she must have had a good time
c) that means she must had had a good time
d) which means she must have had a good time
e) which means she must have a good time

Can anyone please help me understand why the correct answer is d and not b? That vs Which?

which will modify the preceding clause "Alison is still sleeping" where as that will modify the previous noun which is sleeping.
so (D) is correct.
