I think the numbers in the question are wrong.

Very simple one.

We are given \(1 year = 3.2 * 10^7 secs\)

or \(1 sec = 1 / (3.2 * 10^7)\)

Now, given seconds = \(1.2∗10^17\)

We can say \(1.2∗10^17\) = \((1.2∗10^17)/ (3.2 * 10^7)\) = \(3.8∗10^9\)
