Sure

we know the radius is 7 and the perimeter of sector OABC is 14 + (35pie/12), therefore we know the length of the arc is (35pie/12), so we can setup an equal ratio to find out the angle of OABC

lenth of arc / circumference = angle of OABC/ interior circle angle

Sorry I'm not very good at explaining maybe someone else can do it better

Area of circle = 49 pi
Therefore radius = 7

length of arc = (n/360) circumference
= (n/360) 2*pi *r

Perimeter of arc = radius + radius + length of arc
= 14 + (n/360)2*pi*r

ie.. 14+(35pi/12) = 14 + (n/360)2*pi*r

ie. (n/360) 2*pi *r = 35*pi /12

Solving this we get n = 75.
