Question stem gives us the average height of girls and children which is 160
and 164 respectively

1. Knowing the number of girls isn't enough to determine the ratio of girls to
boys, since we are not able to determine the number of boys. (Insufficient)

2. Average height of boys is 170.
Using alligations, we can solve this problem

160-------170

-----164-----

6------------4

The ratio of girls:boys will always be 3:2 (Sufficient - Option B)
