hello eveybody here,
i'm just beginning to prepare for the gmat. i have read a lot of "study plans" on the forum and how to improve my score but still i'd like to ask to the ones with more experience, if what i'm planning to do it is possible or just too much (of course "possible and too much" are relative concepts eheh).
I tried with a GMAT prep test as my diagnostic test(0 hour of study before, i just read couple of pages to get at least little bit familiar with the test format) and that is what i got:
TOT. 570. Q42 (22/37 correct answers), V27 (23/41 correct).
About the Q score i think if i will just review maths (mostly statistic) and i will learn some "saving time tips" i should be able to improve a lot.
talking about the V score i have seen that of the 18 mistakes i made, 11 were in SC (i'm not native) and 5 in reading (i think mostly because i was runnning out of time and so i had almost to guess some of them).
if i have 2 months free (no study-no work) and i can spend all day studying, is it possible to reach 700 or something close? i'd like to apply for a master (not mba) in some good europe Bschools, and i guess, beside all the other factors, i would need around 700 to have a chance to get in.
Thanks for all your work in this forum
