Official Explanation
The glaring grammatical error in this sentence is the use of quieter (the adjective form of quiet) instead of more quietly. Quieter (or more quietly) modifies run (a verb) and therefore should be in its adverb form (adverbs modify verbs, adjectives, or other adverbs) rather than its adjective form (adjectives modify nouns and pronouns). The other error in the original is the use of more heavy instead of heavier.
In general, the shorter adjectives form the comparative by adding -er and the superlative by adding -est. The longer adjectives and most adverbs form the comparative by the use of more (or less) and the superlative by the use of most (or least).
Choices (C) and (E) do not correct the quieter error; additionally, in choice (C), more heavier is incorrect because it joins two comparative forms in one construction.
Choice (D) does not correct the more heavy error.
The correct answer is (B).

B is correct choice.
Proper comparative form for adverb is MORE + adverb (MORE QUITELY) - so eliminate A,C, and E, - and proper one for short adjectives is adding prefix -ER - so eliminate D.
