If R = 100, then:
P = 75 (The charge for a single room at Hotel P is 25 percent less than the charge for a single room at Hotel R)
G = 250/3 ≈ 83.3333. (The charge for a single room at Hotel P is 10 percent less than the charge for a single room at Hotel G.)

Then % change should be (100-83.33)/100=17.03% not 20% Bunuel plz explain

The mistake is the base you used for the percent comparison.

“R is what percent greater than G” means percent increase relative to G, so you must divide the difference by G, not by R.

Difference = 100 minus 83 1/3 = 16 2/3

Percent greater than G = (16 2/3) /(83 1/3) = 0.20 = 20%

This is also explained here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/the-charge-f ... l#p3321311

Hope it helps.
