Kudos
1) the city with the highest range is the city that the curve will have the biggest difference between its maximum and minimum values.
  • Miami is out, just by eyeballing.
  • Phoenix goes from 20 to 40, so a range = 40-20=20.
  • Athens goes from ~13 to ~33, so range =~20.
  • New York have a curve that its lowest point is below London's and its highest point is above London's, so London have a shorter range than NY. London out.
  • NY range is ~28-~3=~25.

2) The curve with the lowest standard deviation is the flatest curve. Just by eyeballing, undoubtedly Miami has this graph
