1. The question asks us which two categories are combined in V57.

2. Let's match each category to the bar graph using the number of spools:

- Plum has 837, which is the same as V46.
- Amethyst has 1200, which is the same as V21.
- Orchid has 1343, which is the same as V34.
- Lilac has 1450, which is the same as V25.
- Fuchsia has 3280, which is the same as none.
- Violet has 3890, which is the same as none.

3. Since fuchsia and violet both don't match, then they're combined to make V57. This can be double checked, 7170 = 3890 + 3280.

4. Our answer will be: D1 - fuchsia and D2 - violet.
