Explanation:
Area of circle = 49π
π*r^2 = 49π
r=7
Perimeter of shaded region: 2r + 2πr/4
= 14 + 7π / 2

and circumference of shaded region ; 90/360 * 2 * pi * 7 ; 7pi/2
