Hello Sajjad1994, is the 2nd qn wrong? Should it not be the other way around? Clearly, Bombardier user will have the pay more for per 1000 foot required for takeoff.
If you reread with that in mind it will make sense.

I got it right, because I deduced the implied meaning of the statements. The grammar is very shabby and goals of the statements unclear. Precise or better statements would be -
The business jet that comes for the lowest cost per inch of leg room is the [ ] - slightly direct in meaning
The owner of a Learjet Lux would have to pay [ ] more dollars per foot required for takeoff, than a Bombardier.
