Recently, the ministry of agriculture has implemented a system to reduce dependence on this single crop by encouraging farmers to grow other legumes. Lets understand the passage
There is some country paisi which is generally depended on growing exports of soybeans. But agri minister wants to reduce this dependency and a system was implemented to from other crop. But the current scenario is diff the consumption of other crop is suppose 200T in paisi and it already grows 400T which is more than total consumption also because of competition of in international market for soybean export led to reduction to export of soybean. Now author concludes that the paisi ability to export other crop will increase in near future.
Question asks us to evaluate the argument. Basically we have to evaluate whether ability to export will increase or not?
Ask the question on what basis author is saying ability to export will increase?
Is there any requirement of other crop in other nation?
Is the pricing of other crop competitive in other nation?
If any choices aligning with this thought is found thats our answer
Lets analyse

Why is E irrelevant. Doesnt it talk about the ability of Paisi to produce other legumes that coudl eventually be exported. So whether these soybean plots are converted to toher legume plots is a concern to evaluvate the argument.
