Ok so you mean to say that because requirement is Subjunctive the very "return" here should be RETURN and not returnS?

and I think that will be valid always rt?

I guess that's the case in 4/5 options? So what exactly are pointing to?

Ok fine but now let's consider a sentence form RC section of OG. They are just trying to explain answer to a question but that's of no concer.


The suggested requirement that an institution give advance notice of its
intent to sell a significant amount of stock tends to discourage institutional stockholders from selling stock they believe will decrease in value since, according to the passage, such an announcement would cause the stock’s value to plummet (lines 33-36). Choice B is also incorrect. 331

Now here in this case we have requirement and TENDS which is SINGULAR.
So is it correct or wrong? Kindly explain
