Same subject referring to two past events then we need use had+participle for first one and for the second one past tense.
Only option A is correct.

Correct usage of Doubted as per the meaning of the sentence is : Doubted That
The defending attorney weakened the prosecution’s arguments so much that, at the end of the trial, the jury doubted that the victim had even existed.
Hence, correct option will be option (A)
