(1) Each gray rectangle has area 12 square feet.
(2) The outer perimeter of the walkway is 88 feet.

1) length and breadth of the grey rectangle can be 12*1, 6*2, 4*3.
Which generated distinct values for the area of the walkway.
(Not Sufficient)
2) the sum length and breadth of is 44.
But the values for the area using length and breadth will vary. => 24*20, 28*16 and so on.
(Not sufficient)
Combining both,
No particular value could be stated to know about the length and breadth of the outer walkway.
Not sufficient.
