In the original sentence, use of "its" is correct but use of "their" is wrong. In place of "their", sentence should have "its". This is happening sentence E only.
Therefore, E is the answer IMO.

It should be their. Only D looks okay

I have a question though. Are we not comparing Dutch with United Kingdom(country); shouldn't it be English.?

Because, "the Dutch" represents the people, as do "the Spanish", "the British" etc.
