The passage basically says that if it's easier for companies to start a new business in Zanga, then they might also start doing research and development (R&D) in Zanga too. This would create more jobs for people. Also, if the government allows foreigners to own patents that are made by Zanga citizens who work for foreign companies, then there will be less people who don't have jobs. So, which of these statements is also true based on the information in the passage?
(A) Nope, we don't know anything about companies getting full rights to their patents worldwide.
(B) We don't know for sure if more Zangan students will study Science and Engineering if the government makes it easier to start a new business in Zanga.
(C) Yep, the passage says that if the government allows foreign ownership of patents, then more companies will hire people in Zanga.
(D) We're not sure if this is true or not, the passage doesn't say anything about it.
(E) Not exactly, the passage only says that companies that are already doing business in Zanga might start an R&D facility if it's easier to start a new business. It doesn't say that companies who aren't doing business there will start one.
C is therefore, correct.
