Let x be English employees and y be Japanese employees.
x=7/13 * 520 and y= 4/13 * 520
So x-y = (7-4)/13 * 520 =(3*520)/13 = 3*40 = 120.
Hence A.

7x + 2x + 4x = 520
=> x = 40.
Difference b/w Eng and Japan = 3x = 3*40 = 120
