Hi all
its over.
Quant : Most of the questions were straightforward, like those in OG. Gmatclub challeges were quite usefull. Million thanks to those who put so much hardwork to create those challenges. I got stuck for one of the first five questions. I am wondering if it was expermental. Rest to the quant section was smooth. Also second last question was also triky, i guessed it.

Verbal ;

Thats my weak area. But SC was quite simple and most of the questions were like those in OG. I got two passages in first 10-12 questions (50-60 liens) . THough passages were simple to read i was running out of time.
Last pasaages (Q32 to 35) was long (110 lines).
CR was something i should have praticed more. It was lil tougher than OG.

Lastly, thank you very much for all those participants to gmatclub.
your valuable discussion have been a very good learning experience.

Not sure how good is 670. i want to apply to INDEAD. any thoughts?

congrats mbamantra and awesome quant score! After two years of GMAT, you finally made it :) 670 is definitely good enough for INSEAD provided that you have good GPA and work exp/comm. involvement to compensate for the GMAT.

Congrats !!
Can u pls share what were the books and resources u used while preparation....esp. verbal.
How tough were RCs n SCs in real test(compared with OG)?? what were the topics in RC?
I'm writing gmat next week.

Thanks all.
I have realised that if you can score mid 600s than it is not a big deal to reach 700+. For those who are not good at verbal. they must do LSAT RCs and CRs. it gives them an edge. I have a collection of RC passages from LSAT, almost 100 passages with answers but no explaination. I will soon post it here.

After some time of preparation you will realise that GMAT is a test of endurance, if u are fit after quant section, you can do good at verbal.
Honestly, verbal is no way harder than you find in OG, it is just the time pressure and tired mind which make to commit mistakes. An most of the RC passage were straightfarward as i wrote earlier.
just remember pressure makes dimonds.
