I see some logical inconsistency in C - 'only costs of production depend' versus 'the production costs depends only on the total effort or attention the worker.....'
Besides I think that 'production costs' is better than 'costs of production'.
that's tough for me!!!
I think the answer is D
But, the D choice "depend only on............." seems to be a little strange....
I think "depend on only" is more great than "the depend only on............."
